Every site we build includes a short term support agreement for tweaks and refinements and squashing any bugs after a completed project launch.

Beyond that, Morse Media offers low cost agreements with various levels of support for your site, whether we built it or not. These agreements offer a substantial discount on our normal hourly rate for such services. The agreements can be of varying duration—one month, six month, or 12 month cycles.

Our support agreements range from simply doing software updates to adding features and managing content on an as-needed basis.

They can introduce conflicts or break existing systems. Let us review your site and help you upgrade safely. We'll make sure that everything is properly backed up and check that upgrades won’t cause issues. Where necessary, we may suggest alternatives to modules or plugins that would accomplish similar task but not create other problems.
